Widely use for flat printing material, pp paper, PVC sheet, photos, wood blocks, paper with adhesive on the back, leather, crystal or glass covers, acrylic etc. the machine is used for coating the surface of photo album, painting, decoration, printing products, poster, poker, inkjet, card, calendars, books, magazine and so on. The machine is with the hydraulic embossing technology so that the products after coating are beautiful, high efficiency and good quality. It can coat more than ten kinds of patterns( such as oil painting, grain, silk, twill, maple leaf and so on). Largely we substitute the uv embossing for traditional laminating, like cold laminating film, oil painting laminating film and so on.
1. Special roller change system that helps to change the texture or glossy rollers easily and fast. It has 4 texture rollers to fully fulfill clients’ demand.
2. with the speed and thickness adjustable system. It is convenient to adjust clients’ different demands. Suitable for advertisement, printing company.
3. Multi-angle heat removal system that helps to cool down the machine in minutes. The machine can be used more than years
4. Uses UV or IR lamps system for drying the paper. The curing time is fast.
5. Automatically liquid supply and recycle systems that helps to save time.
6. with the automatic cleaning system, the machine is easy and convenient to clean. The bottom scraper knife can be used for a long time and antirust.
